Soundwave Merch Terms & Conditions:
All in stock orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Next Day Air or Second Day Air orders received after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. UPS does not ship Saturday or Sunday, therefore next day air orders placed on Friday will not be received until Monday (Tuesday if placed after 1pm).

In the event an address is entered incorrectly, we cannot be responsible for the package. PLEASE ensure information is entered correctly.

Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not offer refunds unless a product is deemed damaged or defective. We will be more than happy to exchange any purchase within 30 days of purchase. We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred for exchanges.

International packages need to be shipped via USPS International. In the event another shipping form is selected, your order will be cancelled.

Soundwave Merch Order Tracking:
All tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

All orders shipped via US Postal Service can be tracked by entering your tracking number at
http://www.ups-mi.net/packageID/default.aspx. Soundwave Merch uses a program called UPS Mail Innovations that works with the US Postal Service to deliver packages.

All orders shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air can be tracked by entering your tracking number at www.ups.com.
